OMG — this place is CLEAN, and we truly mean it! We travel often and have noticed that since COVID, it’s actually been harder to find places that maintain high cleanliness standards. You would think public establishments would have increased their efforts — but that hasn’t always been our experience. Thankfully, this hotel is the exception! We originally found this hotel because we have family who live nearby. We actually used to live in the area many years ago and remember when they were building the property, but we never stayed here since we had our own home close by at the time. Now that we visit family at least once a month, this has become our go-to place. It’s convenient, consistently spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We always find ourselves chatting at the front desk with Maria or Manny — both are so welcoming and always happy to help. We later found out that Maria is the Sales Manager and Manny is the General Manager, yet they’re both so humble and always smiling. That says a lot about the leadership and the culture of the property. The entire team deserves recognition — from the breakfast attendants to the housekeeping staff. Iris is also so friendly, and everyone works hard to keep the place running smoothly. Thank you all for keeping our “home away from home” clean and ready for us every time we visit. Great stay as always — we’ll definitely keep booking with you!

We absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed both before and after our cruise with several family members and booked a total of six rooms. The entire property was impeccably clean, and our rooms were spotless. The breakfast selection was excellent. Since it’s a Hampton by Hilton, we weren’t expecting a fancy à la carte menu — but we were pleasantly surprised by the variety. They offered hot breakfast items that changed daily, a great selection of juices and cereals, different waffle flavors, yogurt, fresh fruits and fruit salads, a variety of breads and bagels, plus multiple protein and egg options. There was truly something for everyone. We have zero complaints about this place! Manny at the front desk was amazing from the moment we arrived. Even though we were a little early for check-in, he immediately accommodated us, invited us to enjoy the breakfast that was still being served, and by the time breakfast ended, he had rooms ready for all of us. We appreciated that so much. He is truly top-notch and a great asset to the company. Manny, thank you again for making our stay so wonderful. We hope you enjoyed our gift!

Great hotel—we absolutely loved our stay! We were in town visiting family, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The kids were especially enchanted with the heated pool, which made their trip even more fun. Breakfast offered plenty of choices, including a wide variety of cereals for the kids, which was a big hit. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were spotless—bright, white, and shining. The front desk staff was wonderful, and everyone we encountered throughout our stay was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and located on the top floor, which made it even better. We would definitely recommend this place!

Everyone I encountered was friendly, happy, and eager to help. The breakfast area was spotless with great lighting, and the breakfast itself was amazing—there was a wide variety of options including cereal, fresh fruit, meats, eggs, juices, and even freshly cut fruit. The ladies in the breakfast area were wonderful, and the front desk team was equally amazing—friendly and attentive to all my requests. I absolutely love this place and will definitely be back. My stay at this hotel has been, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The facilities are spotless, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the customer service is outstanding. I especially want to highlight the General Manager, Manuel Sánchez, who is an incredibly friendly and professional person, always willing to help. It’s clear that he truly cares about the guests’ experience, as he consistently works to resolve any situation quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where they feel valued and well taken care of. I will certainly be coming back!

Manny assisted us during check-in and throughout our stay, and Zach, Divya, Sharima, and Maria were all wonderful as well. Their friendliness and professionalism truly made a difference. Breakfast offered a great variety of items, including dietary options, which we really appreciated. Although my room was scheduled to be cleaned every other day, I requested daily housekeeping and they kindly accommodated my request without hesitation. This has been my go-to place to stay in Cleanest Hampton for over four years, and I will definitely continue coming back. Thank you all for such an amazing stay!

This hotel is amazing and impeccably clean from the moment you walk in. Our room had a beautiful view of the water canal, which was especially lovely in the morning as the sun came up. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with great amenities and a wonderful, fresh scent throughout. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, and the housekeeping team was friendly and attentive. Iris, who I believe is the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond to help my wife and daughters with special requests, which we truly appreciated. The front desk team was also fantastic—Maria and Manny were especially awesome. We love this place and will definitely be back!
